Mr. Spicacci maintains an active practice in New York and Argentina.  After graduating from Catholic Univeristy law school in Argentina, Mr. Spicacci attended Tulane
University in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating from the law school and
also earning a Masters in Law in Energy and Environmental Law. Upon graduation Mr. Spicacci passed the New York Bar Exam and became a licensed attorney in the State of New York.In addition to many years of immigration law experience, Mr. Spicacci has gained ample experience in the litigation arena, including major product liability cases such as Ford Explorer/Firestone cases and

complex toxic torts litigation, litigated in both the U.S. States and throughout Latin America.

Mr. Spicacci drafts international contracts, negotiate sales and purchases of goods and other transactional agreements, worked as an
international corporate consultant, representing corporations  and shareholders, handles administrative and judicial procedures, advises on land and water use, industrial pollution and hazardous waste issues, as well as litigating criminal and civil cases concerning environmental and corporate issues.

Mr. Spicacci is currently on of the lawyers handling over a dozen rollover claims against Ford Motor Company and other vehicle manufacturers, as well as several
aviation matters against West Caribbean and Gol Linheas Aereas among others,
in cases filed in the US District Court- Southern District of Florida, Miami Division and US District Court- Eastern District of New York. Mr. Spicacci is a licensed pilot and draws upon that experience in the examination and handling air disaster cases.  His knowledge and experience has proven to be invaluable in the analysis of foreign air crashes as well  as in the investigation of faulty parts shipped to Latin America.

Mr. Spicacci is a member of the New York Bar; the City of Buenos Aires
District and Federal Bars; The Washington Federalist Society; American Bar
Association; the ILA of London, England as well as IPLA of Paris, France.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French.
