Our legal practice was born from the vision of a native-born Argentine, Steve Maggi, educated in the U.S. , who decided to move back to his homeland to extend his services to the Argentine public. Mr. Maggi, a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, member of the Florida Bar and AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, decided to bridge his passions and his work experience in the U.S. to make people’s dreams come true, in this case the “American dream” of living in the U.S. via a variety of different non-immigrant visas such as work, study or investment visas.

Steve Maggi & Associates is a specialized U.S. immigration and consular law practice based in Buenos Aires , Argentina , with associated offices in Miami and New York . Mr. Maggi heads the Argentina office, providing face-to-face personal attention to clients which no other U.S.-based immigration practice does in Argentina, as well as providing assistance in consular matters and visa interviews, which can often times be the most crucial step in the visa application process. In Miami and New York , we have a small team of immigration lawyers specialized in family-based immigration as well as business visas. Working as a team, we not only provide personal attention in both countries but we make sure the entire visa application process is handled thoroughly and professionally in order to optimize the probability of success.
