Permanent Residency Lottery Visa:

SMA assists its clients with all the different ways to obtain permanent residency in the U.S., including the diversity lottery, family petitions, labor petitions and investment visas. We also assist in adjustment of status to enable our clients to switch from non-immigrant to immigrant status and U.S. citizenship.

-DV-1: There is an annual quota of 55.000 visas allotted randomly
to persons from underrepresented in the total immigrant pool.

Family Sponsored Immigration
-U.S. Citizens may petition for spouses, parents, children and siblings.
Lawful Permanent Residents may petition for spouses and children.
